At MEG.qa, your satisfaction matters to us. This Return Policy explains when and how you can return a product purchased on https://meg.qa, and applies to deliveries within the State of Qatar.
Eligibility for Returns
Products purchased on MEG.qa are returnable if:
- The product was received physically damaged.
- The product is missing parts or accessories.
- The product is defective or non-functional.
- The product received is different from what was ordered or described on the product page.
- You’ve simply changed your mind — see “Change of Mind” Returns below.
“Change of Mind” Returns
We offer a [7]-day money-back guarantee if you change your mind about a purchase, provided that:
- The product is unused, as new, and in resellable condition.
- The original packaging, box, and seals are intact.
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free gifts received with the product are included.
Standard delivery charges and any card transaction fees, where applicable, may be deducted from your refund.
Conditions for All Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be returned within [7] days of the delivery date.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.
- Be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and promotional items included.
- Not show signs of damage caused by mishandling, misuse, overloading, or non-compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Not have been tampered with, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than MEG.qa or an authorized service provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following categories are generally not eligible for return once opened or used (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect as received):
- Personal care, health, and beauty-related electronic accessories.
- Software, digital codes, and downloadable products.
- Earphones, earbuds, and other accessories where hygiene applies once the seal is broken.
- Products explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Display units or open-box items, sold and clearly marked “as is.”
Pre-Booking Orders
For products purchased via pre-booking with advance payment, any refund request must be raised at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer care team within the eligible return window.
- Provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- Our team will review your request and confirm the pickup or drop-off process.
All returns are subject to verification upon pickup or receipt at our warehouse to confirm the condition and eligibility of the returned product. Returns sent directly without prior approval from MEG.qa may not be accepted.
Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds and replacements are processed only after the returned product has been verified.
- Replacement is subject to product availability (model, color, storage variant, etc.). If the replacement is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
- If the replacement product is priced lower than the original purchase, the price difference will be refunded to you.
- Products sold as part of a bundle or combo set cannot be returned or replaced individually.
- All refunds are issued in Qatari Riyals (QAR), generally via the original payment method used.
- We may request supporting documents to verify your identity or purchase before processing a refund.
