Welcome to MEG.qa, operated by MEG Electronics Trading (“MEG.qa”, “MEG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://meg.qa, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using MEG.qa, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

1. About MEG.qa

MEG.qa is an online electronics platform based in Doha, Qatar, offering smartphones, accessories, and a wide range of electronic products with same-day delivery within 1 hour across Doha and nearby areas, and standard delivery throughout Qatar. We refer to ourselves as “MEG.qa,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” and refer to you as “you,” “your,” or “Customer.”

Our Services include:

• Online Shopping — Browse and purchase smartphones, accessories, and electronics through our website and app.
• Phone & WhatsApp Orders — Customers may also place orders via phone (+974 5523 7810) or WhatsApp, subject to limited access compared to full website registration.
• Delivery — Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout, through our own delivery team or trusted partners including Snoonu and Rafeeq.
• Store Pickup — Orders may be reserved for pickup; uncollected pickup orders are held for one (1) day before cancellation, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, with valid identification, to place an order on MEG.qa. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Registration

You may browse MEG.qa without registering. However, certain features — including order tracking, saved order history, and faster checkout — require you to create an account. Guest checkout is available but comes with limited account functionality.

To register, you will provide your name, email address, mobile number, and a password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and secure.
• Notifying us immediately at info@meg.qa of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide. MEG.qa is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect account or delivery details.

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, uses fraudulent information, or attempts to circumvent our security measures.

4. Orders and Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and prices on MEG.qa are subject to change without prior notice.
• We make every reasonable effort to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing or listing error is identified, MEG.qa reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected order, and you will be notified accordingly.
• Orders are confirmed only once payment is verified (or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is accepted).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

5. Payment

MEG.qa accepts secure payments through:

• SADAD
• Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQ)
• Paylatter (buy now, pay later)
• Cash on Delivery

We reserve the right to charge a convenience fee on certain transactions, where applicable, which will be clearly disclosed at checkout. Card payments are processed securely; MEG.qa does not store your full card information.

6. Delivery

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed within Doha may qualify for delivery within 1 hour, subject to product availability, stock location, and order time. Same-day and 1-hour delivery windows are best-effort estimates and not guaranteed for every order or location.
• Standard Delivery: Delivery is free within Doha. For areas outside Doha within 20km of our warehouse, delivery is also free. Locations beyond 20km will incur an additional QAR 15 delivery charge.
• Delivery Partners: Orders may be fulfilled via our own delivery fleet or through partners such as Snoonu and Rafeeq.
• Delivery Timeframes: While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible (including 1-hour delivery in eligible areas), standard orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, and we will notify you accordingly.
• Store Pickup: Available for free on eligible products. Orders are reserved for one (1) day after confirmation. Not all products are eligible for pickup.
• Failure to Receive Delivery: If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer care team immediately. If you fail to take delivery without valid reason, MEG.qa reserves the right to cancel the order.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and product warranties are governed by our separate Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy. Please review these policies carefully before making a purchase.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MEG.qa for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, copy, or extract data from our website.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of our website or Services.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, promotions, or order limits.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these provisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Qatar, MEG.qa, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to delivery delays, product unavailability, or third-party service interruptions (including those caused by our payment or delivery partners). Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEG.qa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on MEG.qa — including logos, product images, text, and design — is the property of MEG Electronics Trading or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MEG.qa shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of MEG.qa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
