Ordering

1. How can I place an order on MEG.qa? +

Browse our website or app, add your chosen products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or log into your account for a faster experience. You can also order by calling us for free at +974 5523 7810 or messaging us on WhatsApp.

2. When will I receive my order? +

For eligible orders within Doha, MEG.qa offers delivery within 1 hour. For other areas across Qatar, standard delivery typically takes 1–3 days. All timeframes are estimates, and we'll notify you if there's any delay.

3. How can I track my order? +

Log into your MEG.qa account and go to My Account > Orders. Every product you've ordered will be listed there, and clicking on it shows you its current status. You'll also get updates by email and SMS/WhatsApp.

4. How can I cancel my order? +

You can cancel your order before delivery by contacting our customer care team at +974 5523 7810 or emailing info@meg.qa. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

5. Can I place an order without creating an account? +

Yes, guest checkout is available. Guest orders have limited access compared to a registered account, such as no saved order history or faster reordering.

6. How do I get free shipping? +

Delivery is completely free for customers within Doha, and also free outside Doha if your location is within 20km of our warehouse. Locations beyond 20km will incur an additional QAR 15 delivery charge.

7. Can I pick up my order from the store instead? +

Yes, free store pickup is available at our Shopping Corner, Al Mansoura location. We'll hold your order for 1 day after confirmation. Note that some products may not be eligible for pickup.

8. How do I leave feedback about my order? +

After your order is delivered, you can leave a review through your account's order history, or share your feedback directly with us via email at info@meg.qa or through our social media channels.

1. What can I do if I forgot my password? +

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email or mobile number to reset it.

2. Why can't I receive the SMS verification code? +

This can happen due to network delays, an incorrect mobile number on file, or your carrier blocking automated messages. Double-check the number you entered, wait a few minutes, and request a new code. If the issue continues, contact our support team.

3. How can I register an account? +

Click "Sign Up" on our website or app. Fill in your email address, mobile number, and a password (minimum 8 characters), then click "Sign Up." That's it — you're part of the MEG.qa family!

4. What can I do if my account was deactivated? +

Contact our customer care team at info@meg.qa or +974 5523 7810 with your registered email or mobile number, and we'll help you resolve the issue or reactivate your account where possible.

5. How do I update or delete my registered phone number? +

Log into your account, go to My Account > Profile Settings, and update your contact details. If you need to remove a number entirely, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Is my personal information safe with MEG.qa? +

7. How do I update my saved delivery address? +

Go to My Account > Addresses, where you can add, edit, or remove delivery addresses at any time.

8. Can I have more than one account? +

We recommend maintaining a single account per customer to keep your order history, addresses, and preferences in one place and to avoid any account verification issues.

Delivery

1. Do you offer same-day delivery? +

Yes — MEG.qa offers delivery within 1 hour for eligible orders inside Doha, available 7 days a week, subject to product availability and your delivery location.

2. What delivery partners do you use? +

Your order may be delivered by our own delivery team, or through trusted partners such as Snoonu and Rafeeq, depending on your location and order type.

3. What happens if I'm not available to receive my delivery? +

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated window. If delivery fails because you were unavailable, we may attempt redelivery or, per our Terms & Conditions, the order may be cancelled.

4. What if my order doesn't arrive on time? +

Delivery timeframes are estimates and delays can occasionally occur. If your delivery is running late, we'll inform you directly. If you haven't received your order within the expected window, please contact our customer care team.

Payments

1. What payment methods does MEG.qa accept? +

We accept SADAD, Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQ), Paylatter, and Cash on Delivery.

2. Is it safe to pay online on MEG.qa? +

Yes. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways via our trusted payment partners. MEG.qa does not store your full card details.

3. Can I pay later instead of paying upfront? +

Yes, through Paylatter, available at checkout for eligible orders.

4. Will I be charged any extra fees at checkout? +

Any applicable convenience or card transaction fees will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order — there are no hidden charges.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

1. Can I return a product if I change my mind? +

Yes, subject to our Return Policy — products must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and accessories intact, and returned within the applicable window.

2. What if my product arrives damaged or defective? +

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return, replacement, or refund under our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

3. How long does a refund take? +

Once your return is verified, refunds are processed within the timeframe outlined in our Refund Policy, and you'll receive a confirmation once it's complete.

4. Do products come with a warranty? +

Yes, most products are covered against manufacturing defects. Physical damage, battery wear, and accessories are not covered. Full details are in our Warranty Policy.
