At MEG.qa, we know that when you order a new phone, accessory, or gadget, you want it fast. That’s why we offer same-day delivery within 1 hour across Doha, with reliable and free standard delivery throughout the rest of Qatar.

1-Hour Same-Day Delivery

For eligible orders placed within Doha, MEG.qa offers delivery within 1 hour, 7 days a week. Same-day delivery availability depends on:

• Your delivery location within Doha.
• Stock availability of the ordered product(s) at our nearest fulfillment point.
• Order cut-off times (orders placed late at night may be delivered first thing the next day).

While we work hard to hit the 1-hour window every time, this is a best-effort service target rather than a guaranteed delivery time. If your order will take longer than expected, our team will notify you directly.

Delivery Charges

There are no hidden delivery fees. Any applicable charge will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Timeframes

• Same-day / 1-hour delivery: Available on eligible orders within Doha.
• Standard delivery: Typically within 1–3 days from order confirmation for areas outside the same-day delivery zone.
• All delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control. If your delivery is delayed, MEG.qa will inform you as soon as possible.

How We Deliver

Your order may be delivered by:

• MEG.qa’s own delivery team, for orders within our direct service area.
• Snoonu, our trusted last-mile delivery partner.
• Rafeeq, our trusted last-mile delivery partner.

Regardless of which delivery method is used, your order is tracked and you will receive updates on its status.

Store Pickup

Prefer to collect your order yourself? MEG.qa offers free store pickup at our location:

• Pickup orders are reserved for 1 day after confirmation.
• Some products may not be eligible for store pickup — if your cart qualifies, the pickup option will appear automatically at checkout.
• Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when collecting your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status by logging into your MEG.qa account and visiting My Account > Orders. You will also receive order and delivery updates via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.

Failure to Receive Your Order

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer care team right away so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable to receive the order (and this was not due to a delay on our part), MEG.qa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the order in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
